Our Mission & Team: Here to Support Your Family

Why We’re Here

At developt, we believe every child should have access to physical therapy that meets their unique needs. Care that’s designed for them, in a place where they feel comfortable.

Our purpose is simple: help kids grow, move, and thrive while supporting the families who love them.

What We’re All About

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide accessible, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy. Our experienced, compassionate team takes the time to get to know your family, creating a welcoming place where you feel valued and supported as your child learns and grows.

Our Vision

We want to build a community where children and families feel they belong and have hope for what’s ahead. A place where kindness comes naturally, experienced support is close by, and families can access the therapy that helps their children discover what’s possible.

What Matters to Us

At developt, we care about the kids who come through our doors and the families who love them. These values guide how we work with you and how we support our community.

Empathy

We take time to get to know your family and understand how things are going for the people you care about.

Some days are harder than others, and we want you to feel comfortable telling us what you need. You can expect kindness and respect, whether you’re sharing a concern or just need someone to listen.

Empowerment

We love helping kids discover what they can do. As your child learns everyday skills, we help them build the confidence to try things and do more for themselves. There’s a lot to feel proud of along the way.

Collaboration

We are stronger together. We bring our knowledge and experience, and you bring an understanding of your child’s everyday life. Working together, alongside others involved in their care, helps us find approaches that fit your child and your family.

Community

Every child and family should feel they have a place in their community. We work to make that possible by creating opportunities for children to participate in ways that matter to them, with the access and support they need. That sense of belonging should extend beyond our clinic, into the places where kids and families spend their everyday lives.

Leadership and Advocacy

We’re always learning. Staying curious and building our skills helps us offer better care to the children we work with.

Our role also includes speaking up for families. When you run into barriers, we help you find support and advocate for access to the resources your child needs.
